PRIOR TO YOUR MLD / BRAZILIAN MLD APPOINTMENT

For clients who have recently undergone surgery or who have a medical condition requiring Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) or Brazilian MLD, please provide a copy of your doctor’s or surgeon’s request before your appointment.  You may email it to healthenergiser30@gmail.com, or bring a copy with you on the day of your session.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All services are personalized and require a consultation to ensure suitability, considering medical history, allergies, or contraindications.

Services are supportive therapies and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Results vary between individuals and depend on multiple factors including health, lifestyle, and adherence to any after care guidance.

Clients are encouraged to follow after care advice (hydration, gentle movement, nutrition) for optimal support .

CLIENT CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have disclosed all relevant medical information, understand the nature of the session, and agree to follow after care recommendations.

Optional: With client consent, photos or videos may be taken for marketing or educational purposes. Your identity will remain confidential unless explicit permission is given.

TREATMENT CLOTHING AND OIL STAIN POLICY

To ensure your comfort and to protect your personal belongings during treatments, clients are kindly requested to wear appropriate, comfortable clothing that is suitable for the treatment being provided.

Please be aware that some treatments may involve the use of massage oils, essential oils, creams, or other treatment products. While every reasonable care will be taken to minimise contact with clothing and prevent staining, oil and treatment products may occasionally leave marks or stains on clothing or personal belongings.

Clients are therefore advised to wear old, dark-coloured, or otherwise suitable clothing that they do not mind getting stained or marked during the treatment.

Please note: The therapist/practitioner cannot accept responsibility for any staining, discolouration, or damage to clothing or personal belongings caused by oils or other products used as part of the treatment.

By proceeding with the treatment, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
